About Maud: Maud is a dedicated HypnoBirthing educator based in Singapore. Her own HypnoBirthing journey began during her pregnancy in 2021, when she sought a more relaxed approach to childbirth. After learning about the HypnoBirthing® Mongan Method, she transitioned from planning a traditional hospital birth to confidently choosing a natural water birth. In January 2022, Maud welcomed her daughter after a smooth, empowering labor.

Inspired by her own experience, Maud founded Bliss In Birth to help other parents achieve calm, personalized birth experiences. She believes there is no "right" or "wrong" way to give birth—only your way. Her passion is guiding parents-to-be in reconnecting with their bodies and babies to make confident, informed choices.
